Letters to the editor

Editor, the Advocate:

I am writing an apology to our newspaper carrier, Marcus, whom we thought was not delivering our paper. I called the office many times to report that we had not received our newspaper. One morning, Marcus hand-delivered our paper to us, and he told us he had delivered the paper each morning. So, I told him to call my phone when he threw it, and I would watch to see where it was going. A dog in our neighborhood was taking them! We called animal control – problem solved.

K. Davis and Carolyn Schlamb, Yoakum
