Thumbs-Up, Thumbs-Down

Thumbs-up to former Victoria County Judge Helen Walker and the Victoria County Commissioners at that time for the vision and tenacity to get Loop 463 built around the west side of Victoria. No one envisioned part of it becoming the busy U.S. 77 that exists today. Thank you, Judge Walker.
