Thumbs-up to the Salvation Army and the wonderful volunteers who helped prepare the food for the event and those in the community who donated food for the dinner. It was a great job!
Thumbs-up to UHV being a host for a great Mental Health Presentation! Neuroscience is so interesting, and this presentation by Randy Guttenberger, author of “Managing your Crazy Self!: Turning Your Turbulence into Tranquility” was so welcomed, fun and powerful! Thank you Dean Fred Litton and Dr. Smith for inviting such a great speaker to share useful tools with our area counselors and the community.
