Thumbs-up to the Victoria Advocate for the Dec. 27 article on “Street Smarts” and how the new Placido Benavides Drive got its name. It was quite interesting from an historical viewpoint also to see the story behind Moody, Juan Linn, Ben Jordan and other major thoroughfares in Victoria.
