The best moment of my life started two years before I proposed. Jenn (now my fianc) asked me to tell her a bedtime story. So I made up a (really bad) princess story for 10 minutes or so and said "to be continued." for the next year and a half, Jenn continued to ask when she would get the rest of her bedtime story. And then it hit me. This would be how I would propose. I would finish the bedtime story. So, when the time came, after we ran a half marathon in Disney World together, we were in Walt Disney World at the Magic Kingdom, in Belle's village (Jenn's favorite princess). I sat her down and showed her the book that I painstakingly wrote in my poor attempt at calligraphy, stained and bound and then I nervously waited for her to arrive at the last page, in which the price asked the princess, "...will you marry me." Her comment to me was, "Are you serious?" In an exasperated tone, I said yes, and she thusly said yes. You may be asking yourself why she asked "are you serious?" and that is because the night before I proposed, we were on main street in one of the shops in Magic Kingdom and Jenn turned to me holding a ring and jokingly asked, "Will you marry me?" and then she started laughing and said she was joking, If she had only known what I was planning.
