Dairy Treet Rendering

A rendering of the new Dairy Treet location shows the historic Victoria hamburger business’ second location, which is set to open by the end of June.

Dairy Treet, a staple to Victoria’s restaurant history, is expected to open its second restaurant in late June.

The new location, which will be at the corner of John Stockbauer Drive and Salem Road, will be able to serve more people with the same, original recipes, owner Craig Lauger said. They broke ground the week of Dec. 11.

Best burger in town! I’m so happy that the business is growing. My grand parents started the Dairy Treet in the 50’s, and the mom & pop business continues with the Laugers. Great job y’all!

Is there any truth to the story we heard about Elvis Presley having a burger there? If so I hope he returns for another.
