Two of the three Victoria teens arrested on aggravated robbery charges are in jail Thursday.
On Sunday, Alfred Villarreal, 17, Noah Martinez, 17, and Kayla Tijerina, 18, were arrested by Victoria police on warrants charging each of them with aggravated robbery, engaging in organized criminal activity and intent to impair an investigation by tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, according to jail records.
