Angel Castro, 26, of El Campo, was taken to Wharton County Jail, 315 E. Elm St., after she was arrested on capital murder charge by El Campo police Friday. She was held there Saturday on $500,000 bond.
An El Campo woman charged with capital murder after the death of a toddler earlier this week was in jail Saturday.
At 8:40 p.m. Friday, Angel Castro, 26, was arrested on a warrant charging her with capital murder in the death of 19-month-old Roselynn Coats, according to a news release from the El Campo Police Department.
