State trooper, game warden take Alabama boy on youth hunt

Jackson Conway, two of his childhood friends and his father, Terry Conway, stand in front of a Texas Game Wardens airboat Dec. 29 with ducks they shot while hunting with Trooper Nathan Biffle and Game Warden Jake McMahen.

Jackson Conway goes hunting at any chance he gets, even when he is hurting.

Before traveling from his home in Evergreen, Ala. to Port O’Connor last week for duck hunting, the 17-year-old boy’s father, Terry Conway, asked him if he was sure he wanted to go.
