Mayor Rawley McCoy

As the city of Victoria pushes on through the COVID-19 pandemic, community leaders aren’t slowing down efforts to further economic development, Victoria’s mayor said Wednesday.

“I can promise you that this long-awaited, coordinated assault on impediments to economic growth and development in our community and region is needed now more than ever,” said Mayor Rawley McCoy.
