Urgent repairs still need to be addressed at Victoria’s school district, but it’s a matter of how.

I do not think the school district has it yet. To me, its all about spending. Salaries that exceed above 80% leave little towards maintenance. And we are proud of that. I believe the priorities are mixed up. Hope no one gets in a twist over my opinion.
